respected swamiji, im a person willing to take ekadeshi fasting,my personal urge made me do so and not under anyone’s compulsion .The way i took ekadeshi was critisised by many people including a ‘srimad Bhagavatha aacharyan’AT THE SAME TIME it was praised by some people..im nt concerned about the praises bt wanted to know if there is any ‘sin’ in taking ekadeshi like this…pls help me,the way i took ekadesi vritham is that deshami ‘orikkal’,ekadeshi day upavaasam(without having a single drop of water)then dwaadeshi mrng parana vedum by having ‘theertham’ from vishnu temple.some people told me that it will cause ulcer!!!but i i didnt even have hunger at that particular day n what i felt is that b4 i took ekadeshi i hav symptoms of ulcer acidity etc …but after taking ekadesi im nt feeling any such probs only bcs of my lord krishna’s grace….and thats the reason y i am confused bcs that acharyan told me that dont take nirjela ekadeshi it will cause ulcer!!but knowingly or unknowingly ekadeshi never does any health probs to me n as there is two opinions regarding my ekadeshi fasting i want to know the truth is it a sin or not?it is my inner self told me to go ahead ….n outer world is trying to confuse me.pls pls reply me swamiji
