My son having 14 yers.He is doing breathing meditaion(upasana)with “OM” Mantra.Somebody told me,childrens not to be used this mantra this age.Please send your advice SURESH

Dear Sureshji,
I dont understand how we get influenced and believe the words of such people.
Lord Krishna says every one at every age and every place can recite any Mantra.
Krishna also insists that it is not the mantra that is important, but the involvement of the mind is more nessesary for developing a strong mind.
