Respected Swamiji, In our office two colleagues are retiring from service. Both are hindus. So we collectively bought very costly brass ‘vigrahams’ of Srikrishna and Saraswathi devi to give them as mementos. But now many people telling metal ‘vigrahams’ should not be kept at home. Yes, keeping the vigraham in the home alone will not help them to develop a strong mind.
Tell them to keep it in the mind, that is what Krishna says. If your staff are saying out of fear, tell them they are not true devotees. Lord Krishna says, His real devotees will never carry fear in their mind. Those who fear they are the devotees of astrolgers, because they alone are confused. Tell them to keep the photo in a place where they can sit and meditate, that will bring auspiciouness in the home.
