As all activities or thoughts are as per His will do we have a free will which is not influenced by him. I feel even our thinking to act in any way is influenced by Him. So where is the question of free will?

Dear Shaji Isaac,
Though the environment and situation can influence to a certain extent, our attitude has the highest role in our life. The attitude will come only when you live a disciplined, systematic, spiritual life. You can see in a particular situation that different people take different decisions. It is all because of their different attitude towards the situations. In Bhagavath Geetha also, when Arjuna collapses in the war field, Krishna looked at the situation in a different way. And Krishna could help Arjuna to see the same situation with an uplifted mind.
