As per vedas the no of living being is fixed and how then human population is incresing? If the total is maintained then it means purification is happening as human birth is higher life?

Dear Shaji Isaac,
It all depends on the evolution of the mind of an individual. According to Vedas, creation is the expansion of the mind. Only an expanded mind will dissolve. Only when you purify the mind from the desires, fear, sorrow, cravings etc., it is called Moksha according to Hinduism.
