Dear Praseedaji,
Meditate on “Aum”, recite very long ‘Aum’ in a low voice with an understanding that the sound is the part of silence.
From silence sound comes and disappears. Similarly, from the earth the body comes and disappears and from the inner Self the mind comes and disappears.
If you do it sincerely, you can feel God in you.
