Hari Om Swamiji, My doubt is why do we as humans are limited. Like we cannot work for hours together, our concentration decreases as we study for long hours. Do we need breaks to replenish ourselves or is it a sign of laziness. I always experience loss of concentration beyond an hour of studying. Please help me Swamiji. Regards

Dear Rohit,
As you work constantly, every system gets struck up.
It needs rest and service. similarly engage your self in music and reading good books.
This will refresh your mind, then again you can engage your mind in your studies with more concentration.
HariOm!
