Dear Guruji, My Mother 83 Years Old cardiac Patient for Nearly 25 Years had Second Heart Attack ON Dec 2010 when she was staying with me in UAE. I am her only son and other three are daughters . She was taken to hospital just in time. But from that day on wards from ICU she started behaving mysteriously telling they are coming to take me ,fear of seeing being , telling seeing her gods, brother who are no more. We were not able to tackle this strange behaviou as she kept on telling they will come to take me. At the doctors advise here i had to take her to India and leave her with my sister. Because of her peculiar behaviour for the last one month of her death she was admitted to the Psycological departed where she was given much sedative. She kept on saying i not metal etc dont want medicine if i take medicine i will die etc. On June she expired of cardiac Arrest. It was a peaceful death she knew not pain and she always said she wanted to die without pain and by the side of her Younger daughter the wish which god granted. I had just spoken to her 1 Hour before in the hospital through phone. She kept on saying son please come i will not live long etc. but since distance of being abroad and thinking mom is just suffering psychologically i could not vist india since i had been to india just 3 Month back with her and treated her to my best. Now i am concerned about the Relam where people go . Does this behaviour mean anything Inauspicious or are these common among old people. Next I feel extremely guilty i did not go to see mother eventhough she kept on saying come i will not live long i took it to be that she is blabbering due to psycoligcal problem. What kind of daily prayers i can do for the good of my mother. Kindly Reply. Best Regards, Prakash. Prakash

Dear Prakashji,
I appreciate your service towards your blessed mother in spite of your life in the Gulf country. Understand, our Scriptures emphasize on the journey of our mind from the present body to the next body. We don’t have any freedom for deciding the journey of other minds.
Where we don’t have freedom, do not waste time and energy. Worry can only kill your life. Instead of thinking negatively visualize the form of the Lord, and surrender at His feet. Feel that the Lord is with the mind of your mother. Whatever happened in life is Past now. If you keep the mind in the past, you are killing your present. A present mind alone can give presence of mind into every action and interaction.
So think positively and live vibrantly.
