Hari Om Swamiji, Can you please explain what Lord Krishna tells about doing your duty without expecting the fruits of it? I know there are many interpretations to it, but i want to know the real meaning what Lord Krishna wants us all to understand. Please Explain it to me Swamiji. Regards

Dear Rohit,
When you study for your examination, your mind should be concentrated in the subject and the topics.
At that time, if you are worried about the result – whether you will pass or not – you can not study it well.
It will surely affect your confidence and the performance in the exam.
It doesn’t mean that you should not expect a good result, but at the time of preparation and performance, do not worry about the result. Naturally you will get a good result too.
When you do some thing your mind should be in the present moment. When you think about result which is not there yet, your mind will be in future and hence it will invite anxiety. So, plan well, perform well and surrender every thing at the feet of the Lord.
Lord Krishna asks Arjuna to surrender all Karmas to Him and free his mind.
Hariom!
