Dear Anirudh,
Lord Krishna says that it is very difficult to bring the mind under control.
But it is possible with constant practice.
Laziness is the worst enemy one can ever have.
So, with commitment do Sadhana and attend Satsangs. It will make your life dynamic and contented.
HariOm!
