Dear Anirudh,
The real war is always happening within our mind. When mind force you to behave or act in a negative way (Vikaram), immediately the other side of you, that is the positive mind (Vivekam) starts fighting with those thoughts.Practise meditation and pranayam etc., you can strengthen your positive side, hence the influence of war will reduce in your mind.
