pranam swamiji,could you please explain me in detail what is the meaning of “karma yoga”.I will be more thankful if you dont mind to explain it with an example.

Dear Nimiji,
Karma means ‘action or work”, ‘when we do our work without mental involvement or liking, such actions are called ‘Karma”. But when the same work is done with full of love and dedication and facing the challanges, criticism and failure with a positive mind, such actions are called “Karmayogam”.
We behave like “Karma Yogi” when we advise others, but in most of our case we remain “Karma Rogi”
