Dear Prathishji,
Yes,but we should understand the real meaning of Dwaraka, which means the mind which carries “I’ and “Mine” (dwa=two).
When both are surrendered, the Lord shines there. When mind becomes “Vrinda” which means fragrant with love and devotion, the Lord plays there.
Mahabharath war is always happening in each one’s mind between emotions and intellegence or “Vikaram and Vivekam”.
