hi guruji, I have one question. In your satyam param diimahi you says the ultimate happiness is to be united with brahama. It is more pleasurable than being with ur family, that u get from outside world. Then y it si so hard to get.y one has to do sadhana and all to get it.y it is not made easily available like othar pleasures we get thru our selves.y one have to detach from worldily pleasures to get this.y some one have to take many births to get it.?or it it true or just a mirage our rishis created to make human lead a better life?please answer my question guruji.

Dear Jeenaji,
The more your mind is relaxed, that much more you can enjoy both spiritual and worldly life.
In fact, worldly life means, your mind is projected outwards to the world of forms and spiritual life means your mind is turned inwards to the formless Lord in you.
Only a spiritually elevated mind can truly enjoy life in its totality.
The peace you get through meditation can not be provided by external objects.
With regular Sadhana you can easily experience it here itself.
