Hari Om, But have read that (would not like to mention book’s name) practicing meditation without getting rid of vasanas will be of no effect. It will give joy only at the initial stage & then frustrate the mind. Meditation is the last stage for self realisation. Also, in the books written by well known Dvaitha philosopers, Advaitha philosophy is said to be untrue. They call it Mayavad theory. So a common man like me is getting confused. Whom to be believed and followed.

Please understand the scientific truth that, one form of energy can change into other forms.
If this is true, then by meditation your vasanas have to turn to wisdom.
