We learn Bhagavatham from a maami who is our Guru.She used to tell that as we take “X” for an unknown and solve for it in Maths and lastly get rid of that when we get the value so are the deities and the Bhakthi for them .When the mind realises the ultimate truth ,there is no place for them until then they are necessary as that “X’.I liked that example swamiji and wanted to share that with you.

Good, she is absolutely clear. Only by clarity, one can practise spirituality without any doubt.
Many others are biased and see God and themselves as different from each other.
