Dear Swamiji, I was talking to my friend and she was talking to me about you and your seva that time i had a doudt I have a boss who is too rude but she is lucky because she got promotions increments .My main doubt is how cruel people are leading a happy life. but i am sincere and dedicated in my work but no increament or promotion. Also is there any thing called present and past karma. can you please explain.

It is the mind that creates all ups and downs.
That lady (so called cruel) will be more perfect and convincing than you, when the work is concerned.
You just change your attitude, that is, keep a smiling face and talk politely and communicate with a polite sound.
