Dear Swamiji, I have lot of problems in my office. I have to report to 2 bosses who are very egoistic characters. There will be a always a cold war between them. I find very difficult to work with them. One boss told that the other boss is trying to drive me out of the job. (Do not know whether this is true statement) I am really disturbed because I will be in trouble if they drive me out, because I have not tried any other alternate job. I am scared because there is a possibility of doing so since I was doing lot of mistakes in my job one month back due to my poor concentration. But now I am trying to do my work with full concentration without mistakes. Why swamiji why people are like this ? Why don’t they encourage me to do my job correct instead of criticizing my mistakes. I am doing meditation now to get a remedy for my problems.

Dear Sangeethaji,
Practise deep breathing and recite very long ‘AUM’ which helps you to develop a relaxed mind.
Drop your tensions at the Feet of the Lord and smile and be cheerful.
Now give a good smile to your both boss and just listen to them and conquer their minds by boosting their ‘ego’ by saying “OK Sir, I will do it”, expressing respect and sincerity. This positive energy will influence their minds and then they can not leave you.
So change your behaviour and approach and see the difference.
