Swamiji, I am meditating on my own breath. Its like observing my breath. I am not able to chant any mantras or chant ‘AUM” at that time. But I find very difficult to concentrate on my breath. At the same time I am confident that in due course I can. Is it advisable to continue this procedure of meditation or do I Chant only ‘AUM’ or do I do both. Am I asking you something foolish? If so, please bear with me and answer me ?

Dear Sangeethaji,
As you do deep breathing practise this too; take a deep breath, then slowly from your throat recite ‘AUM’ slowly.
Concentrate on that, slowly and steadily you can see the changes in yourself.
Understand, nothing is impossible if you practice sincerely.
