Guruji, you have told that even during the monthly ashuddi period which the ladies go through, we can do poojas. but at the same time you have given consent to the rule by stating – in some tea plantations, during such period the ladies are not allowed to come near the plantation. it confuses me, can we go to temple and participate in poojas during such days?

Doing pooja mentally and engaging the mind in positive memories alone help you to develop more spiritual energy.
Going to temples and touching flowers are the work of the body; during period time, better abstain from that.
