Dear Remaji,
Inner silence is not be created. It is always there like the silence in the depth of an ocean. The more one penetrates,in the seat of meditation, the mind dissolves into that silence. There alone one experiences immense joy, peace and bliss. Such a mind gathers more and more indestructible, infinite conscious energy. That takes away all the fear from their minds.
