Thank you very much for the advice. sometimes i feel i should run away from this house but then i think of my 8 yr. old son .even my parents are very old to take care of me . we have frequent quarrels within the house myself my mother in law and my husband. what is the best thing for me to get peace of mind. nothing is in my control. all i have to do in this house is washing sweeping and swabbing and other menial tasks.

Dear Mallikaji,
Where there is a problem, there is a solution too.
As much as you think about a problem, that much you can develop deep love with God.
Practise Pranayam, Japam and Meditation. Once your mind is able to feel the inner silence, that mind gives the experience of God.
So, whatever negative things are happening, understand, it is the nature’s blessing to detach you from the world and connect to God.
HariOm!
