Pranam Guruji -To be frank with you on my views may be I am wrong, i was working in Doha earlier my boss at Doha was a gentleman and due to some unfortunate instance he had moved to Sharjah and i also moved with him. At Sharjah i had a good growth in my work profile with God’s grace. The instinct is few senior staff feel that i had taken their post and boss them, I am still not aware in what way I had hurt them. But still the grudge is there and due to some management changes here we could not support them on the increment what they had been expecting. At times they curse or hurt me by words. Several times I had thought of quitting but till date I have no alternative and I continue, your valued advice to overcome this situation.
