dear swamiji, I have been attending our discourse in bangalore for the past 8 days. each day I am learning new things. I have anxiety problem. have takend medicines two years before. angane kure kahstappettu. angane chinthichu ,chinthichu finally I realised the problem is the outcome of a weak mind. Now I realise that krishna is the best psychiatrist :) I am sure that after the 108 days ,my mind will be completely transformed and I can enjoy my life to the fullest. Thanks a lot. one question today ou told that ” supporting gay marriages is foolishness. But sexual orientation is something which we cannot decide. one can steal, kill ,rape etc deliberately. But being a gay is not such thing. so we should accept them,no? how can that be a foolishness?

Dear Lakshmyji,
I am not contradicting any thing that is happening around. Even all these things are always supported and objected by many people in the society.
But if you analyze deeply, your mind is not a product of the body. Your body belongs to the nature and your mind belongs to the divine, conscious energy.
When our mind lives at a physical level then these kinds of emotional imbalances will disturb the mind.
At the same time, when you practise deep breathing and meditation, you can develop a ‘beyond body’ experience.
There the mind enters and feels very deep silence. Such an awakened, higher energy mind understands that the real joy of life is not living with some one, but union with God through silence.
Hariom!
