Swamiji in most of your programme/ classes you are advising us to raise our mind and make control our mind to hear anything sometime pleasure or displeasure. But pleasurable thing will digest quickly otherwise something we hear unexpectedly that will anyway depress us. How to overcome this. Your valuable advise will be highly appreciated.

Dear Rajanji,
The more the mind thinks about what comes to you and what you get, it will be depressed.
Instead of that, think, ‘what i can contribute?’.
Develop an interesting communication, positive reaction and helping mind.
You can see the transformation of your mind in this life.
Hariom!
