Pranaam Swamiji,Thank you very much for answering my question. I read that while doing meditation our mind shall be completely free from all activities/thoughts.But if we chant “Aum” or any manthras and do mediation, our brain & sub concious mind will be active ??.So is that a right way to do meditation ?.Swamiji, what is right way to do meditation according to you ?. My second question is Swamiji, could you please define your concept of God ?.I am very confused to accept idol form of any god .Am I wrong ?.Please advise.

Dear Yathish,
God is the Supreme Power who unites our life. If this presence is not there in the body, the body, mind and prana can not function in this body. When you transcend your body consciousness through pranayam and japam and when your “thought flow” flows continuously towards the Chaithanyam you can slowly unite your mind and dissolve into experience the Chaithanyam. There you experience the deathless, powerful, omnipresent, omnipotent Chaithanyam.
