Dear Swamiji,I recently learned a method of converting sexual energy into spiritual energy. Is it Safe . Can i teach it to My 12 yr old daughter.

Dear Bhavani,
Yes, we can convert or transform all our lower energies to higher spiritual energies. For that you have to practise yoga, pranayam and meditation. The simple philosophy is if you engage your mind in a positive and creative activity, naturally all the lower energy will be converted into creative potential energy. For example, on examination days students will not have any such distractions as they are focussed in studies.
