Dear Lijin,
Yes, we get direction from the Lord or Higher Self through intuition. But to ensure whether it is intuition or imagination, one must be very careful.
When you get such messages about your own life, it may be your desires, cravings or aversions speaking through your mind.
Even though every one gets intuitions at times, only a pure mind free from imaginations, selfishness and self pity can be intuitive always.
If you wake up very early in the morning and do meditation regularly, you can develop an intuitive mind.
Now, please decide yourself.
