Har OM Dear Sir, We are married for 20 years and do not have ay child. We are worried of the future. we feel this is a punishment from God for our past bad karma. We are still doing bad karmas which we do not want to do but after doing only we think that we should not have done. At the time of doing (especially talking ill) we are not able to control. Then we repent on that and we are agian afraid that we will be punshed again. This gives us tension and we are not able to control ourselves and we do agian bad karmas due to tensions. We again repent. This cycle is going on. We do not find any end to it. How to come out of this? We feel due to all these bad karmas we do now we will be punsihed by God furtehr and we will be left alone in this world. Pl give us the solution how to come out of the tension/anxiety. Hari OM

Dear Satheesh Kumar,
Our present culture (samskaram / accumulated impressions) or the past deeds are based on the high expectations, guilty consciousness, sorrows, worry and fear. When one carries all these negative impressions, that mind ill always fear about the actions and duties. They can not perform any Karma with a peaceful mind. If you want to live a dynamic life then you have to gather potential energy. Just think about a dam. Electrical energy is created from the static energy of water. Similarly through meditation you should gather static potential energy and through “Nishkama Karma” you should spend this energy without excitement and fear.
