Swamiji Pranamam, When very respectful & elderly people like our Boss,Husband they are at wrong out of their ignorance ,how should we respond? If we understand the problem and keep silence they will not get to know their mistake and so the problem will always exist or should we take a chance and clarify it to them. What do you suggest?

Dear Rekhaji,
It takes such excellent communication skills to express your opinions in an acceptable manner.
If you can tell them what you feel, in a humble and firm way they will understand their mistake and still respect you.
Only a centered mind can enjoy such self respect and mutual respect.
HariOm!
