Dear Rajalakshmiji,
Lord is genderless.
You can take any form of the Lord and focus on it until you reach the formless Truth.
It is like a pole vault jumper runs with a pole and discards it at the maximum height to reach the other side.
You have to transcend all forms to ultimately reach the formless Lord.
