Dear Sharada,
Learn from your body… You can understand that our body is made up of different types of components – fire, air, water etc. in different proportions. Water content is more than flesh. So we should learn that there is nothing similar in this world. And even our mind can not be attached with our own body. Then how can we get attached to some one else””””s body? If you worry about others that makes the mind weak. A weak mind produces more toxins(poisons) which harm our body and causes diseases. So you are not only weakening others”””” mind and destroying yourself with your present attitude. So surrender to God and accept HIM as your father, brother, husband and everything. And give mental courage to your husband and ask him to do the same to gain mental strength
