Dear Chandrikaji,
Absolutely NO, because Paramatma is the root and how can a tree branch see it?
Our mind and intellect are the branches of the tree called infinite intelligence where Paramathma is the root.
The branch has to surrender inwardly and dissolve into the root, then it can experience that.
You can not observe it as the Scientist observes the factors of evolution.
