Dear Jayashreeji,
Your discovery of your own weakness is a great achievement in your progress.
But your problem is that your realization is coming after the event. If it comes before you become rough and tough then you can correct it immediately.
Understand, human mind is very sensitive, it will never forget the childhood.
If you behave cruelly now, the same behaviour you can expect from your child, when you reach your old age.
Learn to behave with a relaxed mind, that is possible only when you learn to practise meditation.
