Guruji, Thank you so much for your reply. I started pranayam and is very helpful. But my mind is still not convinced. I am not able to visualise a good future. All I can think of is a blurred vision of miseries. I feel my mind wants negative things to happen in life and prays for it. I’m not able to overcome the fear. When I pray to god, sometimes I challenge god. This is not by intention but my mind does that . I love god and I have always felt his blessings. But I am not convinced in some way. I started chanting the prayer “guru brahma…” but if I pray and become spiritual, will my negative prayers come true? I tried to convince myself. But if you can clear these misunderstandings, that would be great as I respect and follow you as my guru.

Dear Gowriji,
Fear is always caused by a feeling of distance.
Only deep love and devotion to the Lord can give the strong conviction that you are always protected by Him.
Reading Scriptures, Nama Japam and Bhajans are all meant for developing this deep love for God.
Meditation will reveal that the Lord whom you love the most is within you only.
So, love and discover Him. Your life will become an endless celebration.
HariOm!
