kindly explain the meaning of maha mrithunjaya mantra “Thrambakam Jajamahi…..”

Dear Sivan,
It means “meditate Chaithanyam which is beyond body, mind and intellect” (thrayambakam yajamayi) and feel that you are dissolving in the Chaithanyam and your whole body, mind and intellect are enriched by divine spiritual power (sugandhini pushtivardhini) and feel that your mind is completely detached from the world and the body like a fruit detached from the stalk of a plant. Then you are filled with supreme happiness, peace, strength, courage, wisdom etc. (Liberation from miseries). Thus you are liberated from all sorts of miseries and transformed into happiness, joy etc.
