Dear Mallikaji,
Whenever we experience neglect or disrespect from others, understand, we have contributed to it some way or the other.
As long as your mind is the same, you will experience the same, wherever you go.
So, develop the habit of observing your inner tendencies and inner chat (what you keep telling yourself) and discover the root problem.
Once you understand where you are wrong, you can correct your thought process, words and action.
You have freedom in your own mind only.
When your own mind is your friend, all other minds will become your friends naturally.
HariOm!
