poojya swamiji, in today’s program,the ashes is absorbed by the plants etc.and we eats it and become part of us; but isn’t that the person and the body of the person is different?

Dear Ramachandranji,
You can discover this by observing your self. The one who is asking the question is the conscious mind and those thoughts are expressed through the body.
The mind which is the subtle truth live eternally and you have full freedom to transform the same divinely and creatively.
If you practise regular meditation you can achieve that.
