Dear Rekhaji,
Tell your daughter:
When you worry about the exams and results, you are shifting your mind from present (studying now is what is required) to the future (worrying about what may or may not happen).
When you waste your time thinking about the possibility of a bad result, you are losing the time to act for a good result.
So, instead of thinking about future, act in the present positively.
Do Pranayam with AUM chanting and meditate regularly.
Before starting study, chant AUM 11 times and see the difference in yourself.
HariOm!
