Guruji, Thankyou so much for your reply Guruji. Listening to your discourses give me so much relief and helping me become a better person and understand the facts of life. You are doing a great thing by helping all of us become a better person. I listened to your discourse “dhanyam mama jeevanam” and found it very very interesting. However, I have few doubts. Can we change our destiny if we approach things with a calm attitude. For ex: The destiny of a student is to fail an exam. But if the child has a calm attitude and arpanam, will he able pass the exam? If we pray against someone, will that prayer be heard or it will be their destiny that decides it? Is there something called destiny? Is jadakam true? Our life span is mentioned in jadakam? Can we control our death or diseases by just praying or arphanam? Is it possible to change our destiny? Because I read somewhere that if our prayers are stronger then our destiny can be changed. Is it true guruji? I know I should not be asking this after hearing your discourses. I have one more question, you said god knows what we want. I have negative thoughts and i always pray that something should happen to my hubby but in fact it comes from the fear that I’ll lose my hubby. Infact I want to lead a happy life with him. But the fear that I will lose him conquers me and at one stage i started praying something should happen to him. So now mind is in a state that I am wishing for something bad should happen to my hubby. In this situation, will god misunderstand that I am wishing for bad things for my hubby? Forgive me if my questions sound stupid. But I am trying get out of this maya. Thankyou so much Guruji.

Dear Gowriji,
Fear and insecurity are the characteristics of a weak mind.
A strong and positive mind sees no problems, but only opportunities.
So meditate regularly for a few weeks and see if you still have these questions in your mind.
