Pranamam Swamiji, I was listening to your Bhagavata Saptaham. You had mentioned that we need to prepare ourselves to accept death by leaving the attachment to the body. People who die in accidents etc are not prepared for the same and hence they become “prethatma”. We cannot decide the way we die. Is there any solution for this? If we practice and live in a spiritual way will it help us not be attached to the body however we die?

Dear Deepaji,
Only when you practise meditation you can understand death is nothing but the changes happening to the body, not to the mind.
If some one dies in an accident understand, accident can destroy only the body, not the mind.
Such a mind will come back (refer Gita 2nd chapter, 22nd sloka).
