Dear Swamiji, I use to chant Vishnu sahasranam in the evening time after the office hours. Now one of my friend advice me to chant before sunrise, Is there any specific time for chanting the vishnu sahasranama. Please advice.

Chanting Namam in the morning gives a peaceful start for the day and in the evening gives soothing to the disturbed mind.
Any time is good, if your mind is full of devotion.
