Hello, I am Murali and I currently live in North America. My question is – What is Brahma-muhoortham? What is its significance compared to other times? Is this time between 4-5am whereever you are or anytime before Sun rise? Currently, over here, Sun rises only around 8 am? Does that mean brahma-muhurtham is only around 8 am? Please advise on its significance and timings? Thanks- Murali

Dear Muraliji,
Truly it is not related to the sunrise, rather it is concerned with one’s own state of mind.
When one wakes up from sleep that particular mind is so fresh and sharp to feel higher spiritual energy in life .
‘Brahman’ means infinite, and our mind is the part of infinite, conscious intelligence.
When you connect with that, you will be charging yourself with more and more positive spiritual energy.
HariOm!
