is there rebirth? if so can we look back or forward into our lives? how can we do so?

Dear Balaji,
The birth and death can be recognized only when you deeply study about the mind. As long as you look at yourself as the body, it won’t give you any satisfactory answer. Mere understanding won’t help us to get transformed.
The conviction has to come through one’s own inner observation.
