Dear Tison,
Parakayapravesham is training the mind to come out of the body and get a conviction that the Sookshma shareeram (subtle body) and Sthoola shareeram (gross body) are different. There you will learn that there is no death for the subtle body, but it can dissolve into the Chaithanyam who unites the subtle body and gross body.
