Respected swamiji, I am really blessed to hear your discourses held in guruvayoor .I could get a great relief from your discourses.Three months back i lost my 16 year daughter. She committed suicide by jumping from a 5 storied bulding, reason i shouted & beat her for misusing internet for watching vampire series.Or else she was good in her studies, fully talented girl.Since i saw the negativity in her i had to scold & beat her ,don’t know whether i did the right thing. But even after hearing your discourses i have a doubt,i have a guilty feeling thinking i was behind her death . I have two other kids also,a girl & a boy.My husband is very supportive & understanding. We are staying in dubai. Now we have changed ourselves by going for geetha classes, satsang etc…we get great relief ,even then this doubt & guilty feeling is in my mind. Pls swamiji, waiting anxiously for your advice. HARI OM

Dear Sreejaya,
According to Gita, a mind which is constantly thinking the past is the sinful mind.
If you live “mindfully” keeping , involving and engaging the mind, whatever you do such a mind is a blessed mind.
So practise meditation by listening to nice chanting or recitation and tell your self, “there is no death for the mind, hence I didn’t lose my daughter; she has just left her body and has taken some other body, some where”.
HariOm!
