Dear Deepa,
If you want a scientific answer, you have to take your mind to the truth and there you will get a clear answer. Unless some one studies the medical science he/she will not learn the anatomy of human body. Similarly when we practise meditation, we realize the truth within. For them this world and the entire creation is Joy or Leela of the Lord. During the rainy season the sea seems to be violent; but actually the water evaporated from the sea is returning to the sea and the sea is excited with this reunion. So from the ocean’s point of view, she is not violent, but dancing with the thrill and excitement. Similarly when you realize your own SELF you can also enjoy this vast creation!
