Pranamam Swamiji, I am working professional.I am a very dedicated to my work and do my task with passion.Every manager I reported in my career has never complained & infact praised my work. However,I could not reach to my career best in terms of level so far. The basic draw back I find in me is that I do not market myself on the achievment which I do. I believe that I need to do my duty best of my effort and there by not bothered on its outcome. However, this does not work in the present professional life. However,I used to think, why eventhough I am doing my work I could not achieve a reasonable level in the present organisation. Also,in the present work, there is not much of workload, there by lots of time spent without any constructive work During the free time, I try spending time going through online spritual books, your anwers etc. Some times, I feel bad, that during office hours I am doing this. However, I can not help as there is not other work. I spoke to my manager on the same and requested him to given additional responsibility. However, so far nothing happend.Though I am looking for another organisation for job change, I am not getting it. Due to the above experience at work, I am concerned and getting frustuated (due to not enough work!). I do sadhana regularly & thery by keep myself calm. That gives me lot of satisfaction. Some times I feel that I should leave my job and do some other job to society. However, I have a family to support-parents,my wife & kids.I am responsible father, husband & son and have to delivery my duties. I am sure, your good advise to me,which would give me more insight how to overcome this situation & how to look into future. Yours sincerly Babu

Dear Babuji,
It is so natural that every mind expects good return (recognition, promotion and appreciation etc.).
And it is easy to say don’t expect, but it won’t work.
So, please understand, your pain that you carry should be channelized positively.
If you practise meditation regularly you will develop self observation by which you can discover your short comings or lacking where you are neglected.
If you are intelligent enough, you can discover and correct yourself to get out of what is missing.
Otherwise, you will degrade yourself and blame others, this may reach in escapism.
This syndrome is called “Arjuna Vishada Yogam”.
You can change your attitude and see the result. Instead of looking from your side, observe yourself through others’ side and discover what you miss and correct it boldly.
HariOm!
