Dear Sreevidhyaji,
Instead of blaming and carrying inferiority in mind, why can’t you practise meditation every day whenever you are all alone or early morning? If you practise three things, I can guarantee you, inner transformation.
First, practise deep breathing exercise 21 times.
Second, recite very long ‘AUM’ 11 times.
Third, please get a CD of Bhagavat Gita which we recently released.
Listen to the slokas with eyes closed in sitting posture.
This may take only 10 minutes and if you try this, you will get tremendous inner positive energy and happiness.
HariOm!
