Dear Swamiji – one thing I knew about me is I am too possessive, small things hurts me a lot which I reciprocate through harsh words wherein making others hurt badly. That to with my near once, mainly my wife, I would like to be changed man. Direct me on to the right path wherein because of me no one should be hurt that is “controlling my anger” and right path of wisdom.

Dear Anilji,
Practise self observation through meditation (sit in a meditation posture and do deep breathing exercise, then chant very long AUM).
Then just observe yourself.
This will help you to observe your behavior and that will help you to change your old habits which creates problems to others.
HariOm!
